Pairing with your partner
In the app, open Settings and choose Invite your partner to send a link. Your partner taps it, installs DateKnot and signs in, and both phones link straight away. Invite links last 7 days. If one expires, send a new one.
Premium and restoring purchases
One purchase covers both of you. If Premium doesn't show after a reinstall or on a new phone, open the Premium screen and tap Restore at the bottom. Subscribers can also go to Settings → Premium → Manage → Restore purchases. If you subscribed in the old Relationship Date Tracker app, sign in with the same email or Google account and restore. To cancel, open your Apple Account settings on your iPhone and choose Subscriptions.
Reminders and notifications
Choose what reaches you under Settings → Notifications: anniversary reminders, milestones and monthiversaries, the morning mood check-in, the Friday date-night nudge, love notes and more. Reminders arrive in your own time zone. If nothing comes through, check that notifications for DateKnot are on in iOS Settings.
Widgets
Long-press your home screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for DateKnot. The small counter is free. Lock Screen, medium and large widgets come with Premium. Open the app once after signing in so the widget has something to show.
Coming from Relationship Date Tracker
DateKnot is the new version of Relationship Date Tracker. Sign in with the same email or Google account you used before, and your dates come with you.
Your account and data
You can unlink from your partner, or delete your account and its data, in Settings. See Privacy for exactly what is stored and deleted. To get a copy of your data, email us.
